A group project where we focused on women in work and the statistics of how we treat women in their jobs, including the pay gap and sexual harassment. The brief being to create a poster that would display these facts. We decided to make the front cover aesthetic to draw in your attention with the small listen at the bottom. This design signifies the fact that you can look at something with all the points broadly, but you never really know what it’s saying until you actively seek and listen. All the statistics from the graphs included on the back, along with multiple cut-outs from news stories to explain more about Women in work.
